Our buyer kits were fragmented, sending our four core brands (Avanti, AMERICA, A*Press, and luxury partner NIQUEA.D), out in separate, inconsistent shipments that missed the mark on our full catalog. To fix this, I designed a singular, high-end "Prospect" kit that housed all four worlds under one roof. I worked with our production manager to skin the box and used 3D tools to engineer custom dividers, ensuring each brand kept its own identity within a cohesive set. I also refreshed the marketing inserts, transforming a standard sheet into a unique, high-impact format for busy vendors. This consolidation didn't just look better; it streamlined our manufacturing, cut printing and shipping costs significantly, and led to a measurable increase in multi-brand placements by putting our entire portfolio directly in the hands of every buyer.
